Safaricom’s late afternoon trades pushed market turnover up to 634Mn ranging 79% above yesterday’s turnover of 353Mn. Safaricom & Cooperative Bank of Kenya had the most shares exchanging hands with 13Mn and 2Mn respectively.
The All share index and the NSE20 indices dropped by 0.69 and 9.95 to close at 154.46 and 2875.98 points respectively.
